At MAVEN Wallets, we strive to provide you with high-quality products and excellent customer service. We understand that sometimes a purchase may not meet your expectations, and we want to make the returns process as smooth as possible. Please read our returns policy below:
**90-Day Free Returns for Unopened Packages:**
If you are not completely satisfied with your MAVEN Wallets purchase, you may return unopened items within 90 days of delivery for a full refund. We believe in our products and want to ensure your satisfaction.
**Return Eligibility Criteria:**
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
1. The item is in its original packaging, unopened, and in the same condition as received.
2. The return request is initiated within 90 days of the delivery date.
We DO NOT accept returns for remorse purchases. We may make exceptions at times, if so, buyer will be responsible for a restocking fee, NOT exceeding $10 USD.
**How to Initiate a Return:**
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1. Contact our customer service team at returns@mavenwallets.com within 90 days of receiving your order.
2. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization.
**Return Shipping:**
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of your item. MAVEN Wallets is not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return process.
**Refund Process:**
Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
**Exchanges:**
At this time, MAVEN Wallets does not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return for the unwanted item and place a new order for the desired item.
