We completely get it, we change our minds too! Once an order is shipped, we are unable to alter or cancel it. We fulfill orders within the same day if placed before 5 PM EST. If you order past that, we will fulfill the next day.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. Return shipping is free.

We currently ship to the United States and Canada. We have warehouses in both countries to get your products to you faster.

We aim to fulfill every order within the same day. If you need to change your shipping address, please let us know ASAP.

Standard shipping normally takes 2-5 business days days. All orders placed before 5 PM EST are shipped out the same day. Order placed after 5 PM are prepared in the evening and shipped out in the morning.

When we fulfill your order (typically same day) you will receive an email from us with the tracking number from the respective shipping courier.

Our Canada orders are shipped from Vaughan, Ontario, Canada.

Our United States orders are shipped from our Sanborn, New York warehouse.

Not at all. Given we have warehouses in Canada and US, we don't do any cross-border shipping so no added duties or fees will ever be applied.

Items must be returned within 90 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging. You can initiate a return request by contacting us.

Refunds are processed within 2 days from when we receive the item(s).

Yes! Every order of a MAVEN Wallet comes with a Lifetime Product Guarantee.

No. AirTags are not included with the purchase of a wallet. However, we do run monthly giveaways for AirTags, no need to sign up for anything, you're eligible by just placing an order.

RFID technology and Apple AirTags work hand in hand - there is no interference of each technology. You can still track and play sound from your AirTag to locate it even if a wallet has RFID blocking Technology.
