I got my Maven wallet, noticed a tag on the side and tugged it out. A whole part of the wallet came with it, and since there was nothing online describing this, it took me a long while before I figured out what it was for, and how to fix it. It was a functional part of the wallet, but was never included on any documentation or FAQ. I reached out for support and never got a message back, so while the wallet quality is good, I likely won't ever buy another one from this seller again. I also had a struggle with figuring out how to insert the Apple AirTag, again, no actual instructions or hints, thankfully I didn't have to damage the wallet to figure it out. So the item itself is probably good, it's only been a few days, but I won't be buying again. Never getting any customer support, answers to my questions, that's very bad. So, if you want a durable wallet, it's probably worth it, but the vendor doesn't appear to care after the sale is made. You're on your own.
